Se utiliza un pronombre reflexivo cuando queremos decir que el sujeto y el objeto de una frase son la misma persona o lo mismo.

	Me caí ayer. Me hice daño (a mi mismo).

Himself	The accident wasn't his fault but he blamed himself.
	El accidente no fue su culpa pero se culpo el mismo.
